With tax season right around the corner, or if you are a corporation, the corner you just passed, avoiding tax penalties should be in your mind. Did you know that penalties and interest paid for not filing and paying your taxes on time is NOT a deductible expense? All the more reason to file and pay on time!

Back in 2005, we needed a name for the company that Kerry wanted to start to provide HR Consulting services. We thought it should also be able to provide the property management services that I was doing at the time. Tarlov Consulting was born. We thought that consulting was a catchall name.
"What sort of consulting do you do?" is what most people would ask us. We would then tell them about HR, and property management. The time, however, wasn't right for us to go out on our own. Kerry worked for a contractor, and times had never been better. Her dream would have to be put on hold.
